At The Fun Zone we recognise the need to work in partnership with parents and carers.

We have a comments and complaints procedure to ensure that parents and carers are able to give feedback about any aspect of our service.

Registration
Before children attend any of The Fun Zone services we ask that the parents or carers register with us.

This is to ensure that we create an open relationship from the start and we understand what your needs and expectations are and so that you know what we can offer.

Our promise to parents
We recognise that what is most valuable to a parent or carer is their child or children.

We are therefore totally committed to working with parents and carers to ensure that they feel that children are being cared for appropriately and offered a range of care, learning and play activities.

We operate an open door policy to parents and carers and all staff at The Fun Zone should be approachable, friendly and sensitive at all times.

Parents and carers information

Each of our services will have a Parents and Carers Information Notice Board on which will be information about our service, forthcoming events and other news.

All our policies and procedures are available for parents and carers to read. There are some policies that parents need to be aware of and the key points of these will be pointed out to parents and carers at registration. Such policies include our procedures for dealing with sick children, admissions and fees, medication, non-collection of children, security and access and of course comments and complaints.
